Dry fruit shake

Dry Fruit Shake- a nutritious way to start the day!

Most Indian homes are not new to the concept of Spiced milk, which has copious amounts of the essence of these spices but is subtle on the tongue. Dry fruit shake is taking it a notch higher, as this is so filling, you could have just this for breakfast.

If you have kids who won’t eat dry fruits, this is certainly a good way to get dry fruits in their diet. For adults, too, dry fruit shake is an excellent (nutritious) choice to start the day or to have a wholesome meal later in the day!

Also, we’re not using any sugar for this one- the fig provides all the sweetness we need.
